Made up of 17 botanicals exclusively from Hiroshima, including ground oyster shells, cherry blossom petals from the prefecture, symbols of the distillery and Japan.

The plants are gently infused to extract the finest aromas, the resulting liquid is then distilled in small batches to obtain Sakurao Limited Gin.

  • Finish: Persistent - Orange marmalade

In 2018, the Sakurao Distillery was established as a craft distillery in Hiroshima, to challenge new possibilities in the production of Western liquors. Sakurao Distillery have been driven to the challenge of producing a product that will grab the world’s attention for no other reason than it’s in their DNA to endlessly pursue innovation.
