Inspired by pink summer skies. Infused with rose petals and rhubarb. A floral but still dry gin. Foraged lingonberries are steeped in the gin post distillation, which yields to the gin a subtle pink colour and some fruitiness.

• Makes a great Gin & Tonic but is also perfect for a Rhubarb 75.
• In a G&T, add a slice of blood orange or change it up (and bring it to life) with a piece of sliced rhubarb stem.
