Imbue distillery’s inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbourne’s fringe suburbs, aged in a 60 year old port barrel. Limited release, so get in quick! Botanicals include dandelion, prickly pear, blackberry and fennel.

Suburban’s spice notes mellow with an oaky roundness and a slight smokiness with a bitter caramel finish. 

Serving suggestions: Enjoy straight up, on the rocks with a twist of lemon or in a hot toddy.
