We want to ‘ginspire’ you to get dirty…
Yep – G’n’T is a great lazy summer afternoon delight. And who doesn’t swoon on a Negroni for an after-dinner tipple? But you haven’t really lived until you get down and dirty…oh come on, keep it sophisticated you lot!
We mean try a Dirty Martini, select an Australian craft gin and follow these simple steps:

1. Grab your cocktail shaker.
2. Add 5 parts dry Australian craft gin, cool but not chilled (so more Jay-z than yo snizzle on the dizzle Snoop Doggy Dog).
3. Add ½ part Aussie dry vermouth (we like Maidenii! – as in ‘have ya made-any yet mate?’).
4. Add 1 part Sicilian olive brine.
5. Stirred (definitely not shaken!).
6. Take your glass – add 1 or 3 Sicilian olives from brine (never, ever, ever use olives in oil!).
7. Pour your Dirty Martini over the olives.
8. Sip, feel the class wash over you (just don’t have too many, or you’ll feel it all wash out of you too!)
