Imbue Distillery’s inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbourne’s fringe suburbs, aged in an American Oak Bourbon barrel. Super limited release, so get in quick! Botanicals include dandelion, prickly pear, blackberry and fennel.

 

Suburban’s spice notes mellow with a fresh oaky roundness and earthy finish. Light tannins add complexity and a hint of butterscotch sweetness.
