A quintessential Sydney gin with a spicy character complimented by soft citrus notes. Oscillating between fiery and floral, masculine and feminine.

A high yield of juniper, coriander, liquorice root and cardamom spike the gin with a herbaceous intensity which is animated by mandarin, native finger lime and lemon myrtle.

Serving suggestions:

• A very good gin neat or over ice  
• In a G&T, we’d suggest a neutral dry tonic such a Capi Dry or Longrays Native Tonic
• Garnish with a fresh bay leaf
• Perfect for a martini

About Ester Spirits: Founded by husband and wife team from Sydney, long time hospos with a passion for creating flavour and fun. They don’t want to be obscure or elusive, and their aim is really simple, to create really great booze.

For Ester’s first creation they wanted a dry style gin that felt authentic and without any unnecessary distractions. Just a straight up modern classic, creative but uncomplicated, no bullshit.

Made in the traditional London Dry style, an ‘all in’ method of distillation and using Australian botanicals wherever possible, Ester Spirits always wanted to create gins that would be equally at home in a Gimlet as a Martini or G&T. Their gins are bold, juniper and dry spice forward with delicious native citrus across the mid palate and a sweet oily finish.

Ester Spirits love the spirit of creation and expression. The distilling methodology and the way formulas change through the effect of our Australian environment drive them and their imagination.
