Introducing Deep Dark Red Finger Lime Gin -- an intense gin of bold and dark flavours accentuated with the exquisite pops of suspended red finger lime caviar.

The pink finger limes used for this gin have smaller more petite pearls which pop in your mouth when you bite them, releasing and aromatic citrussy burst of 40% alcohol gin which is different to the gin they are suspended in.

Hibiscus, ginger and a medly of Hawkesbury grown citrus make this an incredibly versatile gin which has to be tried neat over ice, with your favourite tonic or mixer and also goes great simply with with soda and ice.

The fingerlimes are grown on Lee’s 80 acre farm at Kurrajong Heights, where he has 1,500 grafted finger limes of all different colours, alongside lemon myrtle, native pepperberries and a bunch of other native & unusual fruits and seeds. The hibiscus and butterfly pea are grown on Lee’s plantations in southern Malaysia and central Thailand where the flowers are ethically and sustainably sourced, cleaned and graded.
